Yes! We can engrave the inside of all of our rings with a date, initials, word, or note for an additional $50 fee per ring. We can use script or block font, and fit up to 15 characters.

We only work with natural and lab created diamonds. Single diamonds over .50ct are always accompanied by a grading report from a reputable laboratory. We choose every diamond in person and by hand, with the strictest standards born of long experience working with the best diamonds in the world. We exclusively partner with entities who adhere to strict policies of fair wages and labor practices, environmentally-conscious metal and stone sourcing, and programs that uphold our commitment to the workers and families in developing nations (the primary sources for precious gems and metals).

Yes, we offer a one year manufacturing warranty for any production-related defects for all fine jewelry. This does NOT cover damages caused by improper use, care, or storage of the jewelry, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. All repairs will be reviewed under microscope to determine the cause and extent of the damage. If we determine your piece is defective, we are happy to offer a complimentary repair or replacement accordingly. Clients are responsible for covering the cost of round trip shipping for any repair or replacement case regardless of whether or not it falls under the manufacturer's warranty.

All Mednikow jewelry is shipped via FedEx and will arrive within 2-6 days of shipping. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge of $65. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military bases at this time. Please Note: Signature is required for all orders. Be sure to ship your order to an address where you or someone you trust will be available to sign.

We offer one complimentary ring resizing within up to a 2 size range difference from your initial ring size. For example, if you ordered a size 6 you can increase up to a size 8 or decrease down to a size 4 but any larger size changes will hurt the structural integrity of the ring and the ring will need to be remade. All additional ring resizing will be a $100 charge. If you choose to resize your ring locally, please note that resizing your ring through a third party jeweler will void our manufacturer warranty and the potential for replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). We cannot guarantee any work other than our own.
